Boats are designed by our Naval Architect Jon Pattie
of Sealife Design at Hemmant Brisbane.
All our boats feature the same under floor sub frame
of four full height full length longitudinal girders
and full height cross frames, which all interlock to
form a ridged frame work which is then fully welded.
There are two air tight bouncy tanks one either side
of the hull. On our fully 2C marine surveyed boats there
is also under gunwale and transom foam bouncy fitted.
The 4.8m, 6.3m, 7.5m boats are constructed from 5083
aluminium sizes are 5mm bottom plate, 4mm chine plate,
4mm side plate, 5mm transom, gunwale 3mm, main decks
4mm, 3mm longitudinales and 3mm frames.
8m and 8.6m boats use 6mm bottom plate and everything
else as above.
All the boats have been designed to Class 2C marine
survey and are inspected by Brian Doherty of "Doherty
Pennel Agencies" during construction of all boats.
Painting is optional and is done by Reflection Marine
Services of Hemmant, and is done to a very high standard
of finish.
Graphics are done by Chris of Boat Names Australia.
